SINGAPORE
This time I’m writing from Singapore to give you our news!
I haven’t been back to this beautiful country (imo, super-modern) since my visit in January 2017 and I’ve missed it! I went there to meet up with old friends and clients as well as to meet new ones. I’m especially proud of the fine reputation our wines have here because it was the first export market that I personally opened up, looked after and followed up on. My first trip here was in November 2014, when I began working full-time for the estate.
SHANGHAI
This week I’m in China.
It’s the first time I’ve been to Shanghai. I’m here to explore the local Chinese market as well as to introduce our wines to our new Chinese acquaintances from INTERWINE AND PROWEIN SHANGHAI. I’ll be back in Alba on November 13, but don't worry— our team is on top of things and all is in order at home in the cellar.

Meanwhile, back in San Rocco Seno d’Elvio…
Uncle Marco, Costantino and all the others are taking care of the vineyards. In particular, they are adding fertiliser after such a stressful year. This will help the vines to recover energy before going dormant for the winter.
Giacomo and Simone are following up in the cellar with the last of the racking and fermentation for 2023. We can't wait to taste these wines!
Grazia, my mum, and my aunt Luciana are also super-involved at present with the shipping as well as with numerous cellar visits and tastings in this busy period. We're always thrilled when you come to visit and look forward to seeing you, glass in hand. There is no shortage of upcoming events, both here and around the world! Here is our latest update.
